Vacation part 23: Nicole's and Torsten's return flight

Nicole and Torsten returned to Toronto on Thursday and they stayed in the Delta Chelsea hotel until Friday. Their flight was leaving on Friday evening, so they traveled to the airport in the afternoon.

A friend of Luks pet bunny wanted to say good-bye to them, so they met a bunny on the airport. Or perhaps the bunnies chose the Toronto Pearson International Airport as the starting point for their invasion that Lukraak has been trying to warn us about for so long? It really depends on whether you ask Nicole or Torsten about the bunny!

Perhaps Mother Nature knew that Nicole and Torsten were returning to England, so she wanted to show them what expects them. The sky went grey and it started to rain. However, apart from the fifteen minute thunderstorm on Monday, the weather was excellent the whole holiday. We had sun the whole time. Sun, sun, and more sun!

Their flight departed at 19:25 Toronto time and took them over the Atlantic to see a fabulous sunset.

When they saw the sun rising, it was an indication that they would be landing soon.

The plane landed shortly after 7am.

And that unfortunately meant that the holiday was over. Like totally over. We're all back to work now, but we still have the pleasant memories of what we did and whom we spent the great holiday with. And we've already started to think about the next meeting of the people who play or used to play the computer game Everquest in the best guild Defenders of Fae. We don't know all the details yet, but I think at least three more meetings or parties are being thought of at this time. Parties of people who didn't know each other years ago and who met in the game Everquest.

Or is Everquest really only a game? It must be something more, much more, because computer games usually don't create real-life friendships that last for years even after the people stop playing. And Everquest does that.

And there will be a wedding too. Nicole and Torsten - don't forget to let us know when and where the wedding is going to take place!
